Cut into thin strips across the grain and place into bowl:

| 2 | tablespoons minced onion |

| 1 | teaspoon minced garlic |
| 1 | teaspoon ginger |
| 2 | tablespoons kecap manis |
| 1 1/2 | teaspoons minced lemon grass |
| 2 | teaspoons ground coriander |
| 1 | teaspoon chili powder |
| 1 | tablespoon brown sugar |
| 2 | tablespoons peanut oil |
| 1/2 | teaspoon salt |
Pour over meat, stir well and let marinate 4-6 hours.
Thread meat onto presoaked bamboo skewers and grill over charcoal until just cooked.
Serve with:
